As a young college graduate, Tim Johnson's eyes eagerly scanned the computer screen in front of him. Job searching is no easy task, especially when entering the workforce for the first time. After a few clicks and scrolls, something caught Tim’s eye. “I was searching for a youth pastor or children’s director job when I saw the job posting on myIMPACT” Tim remembers as he fell across what is about to be his full-time job as a youth pastor at Word of Life Christian Center in Newark, Delaware. “I emailed my resume directly to the church, and the rest was kind of God.”

Pastors can create their own profile and post job positions available at their church. Currently, myIMPACT has over 300 available jobs posted.
